Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes it is necessary to change or cancel your appointment. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice. To secure your appointment, card details are taken at the time of booking. These details are securely stored and processed in accordance with data protection regulations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a charge of the full scheduled service price. This fee will be automatically charged to the card provided at the time of booking. In the event of a no-show without any prior notice, 100% of the service price will be automatically charged to the card provided at the time of booking. This policy compensates for the stylist's time and lost revenue due to late cancellations or no-shows. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy.
